The food menu serves up a wide array of classic Indonesian, Asian and western fare, providing a flavour of the archipelago with an international twist.
From Sabang to Merauke, the Indonesian archipelago is blessed with a dazzling array of culinary traditions, each one a vivid expression of local culture in each destination. Our signature dishes pay homage to the Javanese Culture using Anglo (Brazier) as cooking tool. Anglo is a traditional furnace produced by pottery craftsman using terracotta (clay). Using charcoal for cooking, Anglo has a long history traced back until the Majapahit Kingdom and is still being used by local villagers in Java until now. The Tree Restaurant serves four specialty menus using the traditional Anglo with signature Amaranta Spices: Ayam Masak Anglo (Chicken), Gulai Kelapa Salmon (Salmon Head), Bebek Sambirejo (Braised Duck), Iga Prambanan (Beef Ribs). All dishes have the typical aroma and flavor from the Anglo cooking style and served with Rice, Fresh Vegetables, Crackers and Sambal.
